UX/UI Designer (M/F)

A new position has been created, and we are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer (M/F) Reporting to the Head of Product and UX

As a UX/UI Designer for Monitorlinq you will be given the power to design key projects and have a great impact on the customer journey. It is a great opportunity to design a full customer experience end-to-end, with real, tangible impact on the company delivery.

In this role you will design and shape how technology can provide a positive impact on people’s life. It gives you the unique chance to be part of the connected objects and IoT movement, and how it will revolutionize our way of living.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for usability, an eye for visual consistency and the ability for reducing the complex to the bare essentials. You will have a proven track record in executing innovative interactive experiences, and an ability to evolve the user experience, including maintaining and updating brand and UX guidelines, principles and templates.

The work ranges from producing site maps, Omni/channel user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes and UI designs for web, tablet, mobile services and IOS and Android applications.

You will also assist in promoting the practice of UX, and the need for best practice guidelines and principles to deliver an inspiring customer experience. You should understand the importance of User-centred Design.

From concept to hands on designing, in this vacancy your work is very diverse. Among your tasks are:

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Create and implement an optimal customer experience over responsive web and native applications.
  • Gather (business) requirements and customer insights and translate them into user centered concepts, mockups, wireframes, prototypes and UI Designs.
  • Define and implement usability testing needs
  • Updating and maintaining brand guidelines, principles and templates for various supports (websites, ppt presentation, print for conference,..)

PROFILE OF THE SUITABLE CANDIDATE:

  • 3-5 year experience of designing digital services over web and native IOS and Android apps
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies with an ability to create user journeys, user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and UI designs
  • Practice and promote contemporary UX thinking
  • Knowledge and thirst to investigate, innovate and develop emerging design, UX and technology trends
  • Good eye across typography, layout, composition and craft
  • Experience working within an agile delivery environment, and in a highly collaborative manner with multiple skill sets
  • Ability to work on multiple projects, delivering on time and on brief
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Self-supporting with a pro-active attitude
  • Strong result orientated, ambitious, team player

Project Manager (Netherlands based)

A new position has been created, and we are looking for a Project Manager (M/F) –fulltime Reportingto the Director of Operations

In your position you will be responsible for the day to day communication with our customers, managing our various projects from pre-sales down to delivery into our operations team. A key part of your role will be to work in close conjuction with our in-house Software development teams in both the Netherlands and Hong Kong, as well as various outsourcing partners. You will be responsible for the planning and execution of large and complex projects with (primarily) Mobile Network Operators.

You will be in a highly confidential position having the overview of most of the companies’ activities.   • Manage new client Implementations

Key Account Manager France (Netherlands based)

A new position has been created, and we are looking for a Key Account Manager France (M/F) – fulltime Reporting to the VP of Business Development

Your position will be responsible for the day to day communication with our customers, managing our various projects from pre-sales down to looking after our key accounts in France.

A key part of your role will be to work in close conjunction with our project management and product development teams in both the Netherlands and Hong Kong, as well as various partners.
As an account manager you will be responsible for the planning and execution of large and complex projects with Mobile Network, Insurance & healthcare company and distribution partners.
You will be supporting our VP of business development in successfully building up our partner network and distribution channels in France.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Support our existing partners
  • Create new opportunities through the companies commercial network, trade fairs and existing partners
  • Created a account management plan for each client, with support from the VP business development
  • Introduce new products through existing channels
  • Follow up on various leads
  • Prepare commercial proposals and presentations in an autonomous way

As an Account Manager in this dynamic environment, your job will consistent of key Account and partially New Business functions. In your day to day job, you will have various ongoing projects that need to be prioritized and managed according to the commercial likelihood and up-side potential. You will work closely with all of the different divisions within our company. It is your job to build and maintain a strong relationship with our clients.

For the right candidate various short-term growth options for expanding its role outside of France are available.
